We have eaten here on several visits to Blowing Rock. Dinner started with a delicious loaf of artisan bread and herb butter. The salad was very fresh and lightly coated with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The Giambotte (poor man's stew) was fantastic--warm and filling. I plan to return and try several more of their offerings. My only objection is that Pssghetti's is over-priced--even for a tourist town.

I ate at pssghetti's on 6/5 and needless to say my experience was nothing to right home about. my food, a chicken parm, when we finally got it was some how burnt and cold. my server was a very apologetic, but the toothless man that cooked my food did a piss-poor job. i suggest you stay clear.

I ate here twice on my trip to Boone, NC last year. It was awesome. They have very large portions.
